Make the source clear. Make the story useful.
Readers should be able to tell what is confirmed, where a claim came from and what may still change.
Sources and certainty
For event dates, line-ups, tickets and venue rules, we prioritise artist and label channels, organisers, venues and authorised ticket partners. We may use established reporting and clearly attributed eyewitness or community material for context, but do not present an unconfirmed sighting or rumour as official confirmation.
Where a source has not confirmed a detail, we say so rather than filling the gap with a prediction. Our source guidance explains the main source types.
Writing and AI assistance
AI can assist research organisation, translation and drafting. Factual claims still need attributable sources, accurate dates and context. We do not present rewritten coverage from another publisher as original reporting.
Updates and corrections
Time-sensitive stories should show a current update date when material details change. If a factual error could mislead readers, the correction should explain what changed. A routine update and a correction are not the same thing.
Readers and rights holders can request a correction or contact us directly.
Tickets and images
SEOULVERSE does not sell or resell tickets. Ticket links lead to external sites, whose details and terms should be checked before purchase. Artist and event images must have a documented right to use or a permitted embed route; concerns can be sent to our contact address.
