Plan around the arena’s own access guide

ING Arena identifies Heysel on Metro line 6 as a public-transport approach and also lists tram and bus alternatives. Its directions link visitors to STIB for a complete itinerary. Use that planner from your actual arrival station or hotel, rather than assuming that arriving in Brussels means you are already close to the concert.

Our recommendation is to compare accommodation by the journey back from Heysel after the show. Check transfers as well as the final walk. If part of your group arrives by international train, share one meeting location and leave time for them to reach the arena district before any package check-in.

Give the return a separate decision

A concert trip has two different transport problems: reaching entry on time and getting back after a large audience leaves together.
